What's included — the short version.
Every POST rate is quoted per person, per night and carries the full POST Gourmet Full Board plus all POST inclusive services — meals from breakfast to dinner, the children's and baby buffets, soft drinks all day, eleven hours of childcare, the kids' activity world, and the family spa. The page below is the working reference so you and the resort describe the same thing to the same client. It mirrors the resort's own guide; for live detail, always confirm with the trade desk.
01 — POST Gourmet Full Board
The day, fed.
All of the below is in the rate. Times shift slightly between summer and winter; the kitchen posts the day's schedule on property.
- 07:30 – 10:30 Breakfast buffet — generous, with a lot of regional product.
- 12:00 – 14:00 Lunch — salads, soups, hot dishes.
- 14:30 – 17:00 Afternoon snack — sweet and savoury. Winter: 14:30 – 16:30.
- 18:00 – 20:30 Dinner — 4-course gourmet menu with selectable options, plus salad and cheese buffet.
- 18:00 – 20:00 Children's buffet — food children actually eat, on their own schedule.
- 07:30 – 22:00 Baby buffet — purées, jars warmed, infant food on hand all day.
- 12:00 – 20:00 Ice bar — help yourself.
- 07:30 – 22:00 Juice bar — soft drinks, all day. Coffee, tea and cocoa station 07:30 – 17:00.
- All day POST spring water — still and sparkling, on tap.
- Weekly Wine or beer tasting — one guided session a week, included.
Handled at booking, not the table — allergens, gluten-free, vegan, infant food. Half- and full-board upgrades and special diets on request; flag them when you contract.
02 — Childcare & the kids' world
Eleven hours, every day.
Montessori-led childcare runs 09:00 – 20:00 daily. Carers eat lunch and dinner with the children. Babies under two need to be registered in advance — flag it at booking. None of this is an add-on.

Kids' ski school is on property in winter. Adult ski areas — Lofer 5 min, Steinplatte 30 min, Saalbach-Hinterglemm 40 min — are a short drive; a POST shuttle runs through the season.

Two spas, both included.
Use of the spa areas below is in the rate. Treatments and massages are à la carte — see "what costs extra" — and the treatment desk runs daily 09:00 – 18:00.

05 — What costs extra
Not in the rate.
Short list — the rate is genuinely full board plus inclusive services. These are the items billed on top.
- Spa treatments & massages À la carte — facials, massages, baby floating and baby massage. Booked at the treatment desk.
- E-bike rental On request, charged per use. (Kids' woom bikes are included.)
- Dog €45 per night (food not included). Max one dog per family — see "arrival & departure" for the policy.
- Local visitor tax €3.45 per person per night for guests 15+. Set by the municipality, collected by the hotel.
- Cancellation cover Optional "Hotel Cancellation Plus" cover — available on request.
06 — Arrival & departure
The practical bits.
- Check-in From 15:00 on the day of arrival.
- Check-out By 10:30 on the day of departure.
- Parking On-site parking with EV charging points in the car park.
- Transfers Hotel taxi service at a reduced rate with advance notice. Salzburg airport ~30 min; Munich ~1 h 30.

Dogs
One dog per family, €45/night.
- Not permitted in the dining areas.
- Leashed in all indoor and outdoor hotel areas.
- Bowls and a dog cushion provided.
07 — Booking
Booking terms on request.
Deposit, payment and cancellation terms are confirmed with the trade desk on request, and vary for group and trade arrangements. Rebookings and cancellations are handled in writing.
Prices are quoted per person, per night, with POST Gourmet Full Board and all POST inclusive services.
